Cruising from northern Maine to Newport RI

3 week boss trip during that time

MUST be an experienced charter chef

8-10 guests during boss on trip.

5 crew guests off.

Only US based candidates will be considered.

We are a HEAVY charter vessel.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Culinary Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Culinary Certificate(s)

Food & Hygiene Qualifications

• Food Hygiene (HABC Level 2)
