Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team aboard a busy charter yacht with a heavy booking schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and a proven track record of excellence in high-pressure charter environments.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef on heavy charter yachts.
Comfortable creating diverse, high-end menus for guests with varying dietary needs and preferences.
Ability to provision efficiently in remote locations and manage a galley solo.
Strong time management, cleanliness, and organization skills.
Passion for food presentation and guest satisfaction.
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work within a tight-knit crew.
Chef will have their own cabin. 5 crew. 10 guests
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused program.
A calm demeanor, creative flair, and excellent communication are essential.
