Summary
We are looking for a passionate and hard-working Sous Chef to join a dynamic galley team aboard a busy 90m+ private yacht. The role will initially start as Crew Chef to cover medical leave, with a planned transition to Sous Chef shortly after. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience on a 60m+ vessel, strong longevity in previous roles, and a hands-on, team-focused attitude. You’ll be working under two head chefs on rotation in a team total of 3, one of the head chefs has a high level of pâtisserie and chocolatier skills, offering a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow. The owners are extremely food-focused and encourage creativity, giving the team freedom to craft exciting dishes and continually develop their skills. Trips are mostly based in France, typically lasting between 4–10 days.
