Requirements: Ship's cook certificate (if not held, happy to obtain it). STCW10, PDSD, ENG1 with a minimum 6 months validity. Food & Hygiene L2
Experience: We are looking for a steward/ galleyhand Flexible and adaptable person, happy to do a dual role. On guest trips the role will be split between HK and assisting in the galley to the Head Chef. During off-season time, you should be able to cook for the crew in the head chef's absence (up to 1 month off-season time). Great opportunity for newcomers to the yachting industry with a cooking background.
Salary: DOE.
