Salary in probation: 4500 euros p/m
Salary after probation: 5500 euros p/m
Leave in probation: 3 days per month
Leave after probation: TBC
Vessel has British owners and is based in the SOF/Monaco. Single season vessel.
What We're Looking For:
- Looking for a chief officer to learn from the captain and run the run in his absence.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility
- Motivated and dependable, with a solid work ethic
- Someone who maintains professionalism—preferably not a heavy drinker
- Easygoing and able to work well independently without constant supervision
- Someone reliable that the captain can leave the vessel and know its in good hands
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role on yachts
- STCW & ENG1
- English-speaking
- Valid visas if needed
- OOW
