We are seeking a talented and versatile Sole Chef to join a busy private vessel turning charter. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated chef to deliver an exceptional culinary experience on a dual-season yacht.

- Vessel Type: Private (transitioning to Charter)
- Salary: €8,000 per month
- Leave: 42 days per annum
- Seasons: Dual (Med/Caribbean or similar)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a chef who can bring variety and passion to the galley, with a strong background in Italian cuisine and a commitment to quality, homemade creations. This is a hands-on role requiring full provisioning, meal planning, and execution for guests and crew.
Culinary Expectations:
- Varied cooking styles – ability to adapt to guest preferences
- Emphasis on fresh, homemade creations:
- Pasta
- Breads
- Butter
- Cookies
- Shortbread
- Ice cream
- Italian cuisine is a favourite of the owners and guests
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a sole chef on busy private or charter yachts
- Strong organizational and provisioning skills
- Calm under pressure, especially during charters
- Clean, tidy, and efficient galley management
- Fluent in English
- STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
