REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years experience leading large deck teams. Male or female. B1/B2 or a C1/D visa would be an advantage. Offshore/Support vessel experience needed. Yachtmaster or workboat ticket needed. Experience with crane operations, maintenance, paint systems, deck safety procedures, mentoring, planned maintenance systems and inventory management. AB Cert
