Summary
IYC is currently seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for a 37-meter motor yacht operating a dual-season private/charter program.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized private/charter yachts
- Proven leadership skills, confident managing a team of 2 interior crew
- Strong service background with an eye for detail and guest satisfaction
- A hands-on and organized approach to all aspects of the interior
Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
Candidates must already hold a valid B1 visa to be considered.
Location: Currently East Coast, USA (New England summer season)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $6,000/month DOE
