We’re searching for a Stew/Masseuse who brings excellence both in guest service and spa treatments — someone who can handle high standards, fast-paced itineraries, and still keep the vibe calm and collected.

Summer: Mediterranean | Winter: Caribbean
Busy dual-season private + charter program with a phenomenal crew culture, a supportive leadership team, and returning high-profile guests.
Salary: DOE + Strong Charter Tips
Start Date: Immediate
You Are:
- Qualified massage therapist (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent)
- Proficient in deep tissue, Swedish, relaxing, and sports massage
- Polished, professional, and confident with guests
- Ideally 2/3 season yachting experience (but high-end spa or luxury resort background considered)
- Proactive, hard-working, with a great attitude — no drama, just team spirit
Bonus Points For:
- Physio, sports therapy, or beautician qualifications
- Facial, mani/pedi, or other holistic treatments
- Experience with provisioning, service, or housekeeping
- Charter yacht experience
