The Candidate Specification
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Deckhand to join a 50M private yacht currently based in the Bahamas. Ideally, the candidate will already be located in the region and ready to join immediately.
You’ll be joining a busy program that cruises the East Coast of the USA and the Bahamas, with a strong emphasis on tender operations. The yacht runs a 53ft HCB chase boat, so strong tender driving skills are essential. A Yachtmaster qualification is preferred but not a deal breaker for candidates with proven ability on the water.
This is a great opportunity for a deckhand looking to take the next step in a professional, active program. You must be confident, well-presented, and able to work well within a team.
