**Captain and Chief Stew**
Are you looking for the opportunity to work alongside your partner on a great program? Well you are in luck, we are currently seeking a Permanent Captain to join a 30m+ Private Motor Yacht.
This exciting role will require the candidate to oversee the operation of luxury yachts ranging from 36m to 40m in size. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and crew while maintaining the yacht to the highest standards. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate navigation, oversee maintenance, and ensure compliance with maritime regulations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and deliver exceptional sailing experiences in beautiful European waters. The vessel is a Private Charter boat with both Owners use and charters booked through out the summer. The Vessel runs with 5 Crew including the Captain and requires a hands on Captain that is able to assist on deck from time to time.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Captain on motor yachts, specifically in the 36m - 40m range.
- Valid STCW and ENG1.
- Master 200GT or Higher.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse crew and work collaboratively.
- Experience in guest services and hospitality on high-end vessels.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Package:
- Salary: €7,000 - €8,000 pcm
