Position Snapshot

·      OOW minimum

·      95% leading the deck (running deck team , tenders, water sports, maintenance)

·      5000€ / month , starting ASAP

The vessel has a busy charter season ahead and the 2^nd officer must be looking to take a leadership role, running the hands-on aspect of all deck operations. (focus of the role is deck rather than bridge/ISM)

The 2^nd officer must have an excellent attitude and time in leading positions, with vast experience in tender driving, watersports, maintenance and guest interaction

Travelling Western Europe the vessel will cross over to the US in the winter for the Caribbean charter season, operating a charter focused operation with equal split of tips

Key requirements:

•           Minimum OOW 3000, STCW, ENG 1

•           Strong deck background (ideally ex-Bosun or heavy lead hand experience)

•           Great energy, confident with guests, and a good fit culturally with our current deck team

•           Bonus: dive, watersports crossover, music, trade background.

•           Availability: ASAP

•           Salary: €5,000/month

•           Leave: 60 days in Y1, increasing to 75 days after 12 months

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
