Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Chase Boat Captain for a 50ft Tender supporting a prestigious 50m+ Private M/Y for the Med Season.
- This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and friendly team for a dynamic Med season, with potential for repeat seasonal work for the right candidate.
- Full responsibility for the safe operation, navigation, and upkeep of the chase boat
- Operating alongside a busy mothership on a private itinerary
- Close coordination with the mothership for guest transfers, provisioning runs, and shore support
- Managing routine maintenance, cleaning, fuelling, and basic troubleshooting
- Guest-focused attitude – you’ll be the face of the tender experience
- Ability to be flexible, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Previous experience as a Chase Boat Captain or strong background on vessels 40-60ft
- Confident with Med-style mooring, close-quarters handling, and navigation
- Strong mechanical and technical understanding – able to troubleshoot on the go
- Valid Yachtmaster or equivalent is essential
- Positive, professional attitude and strong team spirit
- A salary of up to €5,500 - €6,000 DOE is on offer
- This position will be to start at the beginning of July
