We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a brand new 30m+ Private M/Y currently preparing for a busy summer season.
- This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate and creative culinary professional to take full ownership of the galley and deliver exceptional, health-conscious, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
- Proven experience as a Sole Chef on similar-sized yachts or high-end restaurants
- Strong background in Mediterranean – fresh, vibrant, seasonal dishes
- Ability to provision and manage the galley independently
- Clean, organised, and safety-conscious work habits
- Confident, adaptable, and guest-focused attitude
- Brand new, private-use only motor yacht
- Professional, close-knit crew
- Busy cruising itinerary around the Western Mediterranean

- Full creative control of the menu within the Mediterranean theme
