Deckhand/Stewardess – Private 24m S/Y (Spanish Flag)
We are recruiting a seasonal Deckhand/Stewardess for a 24m private sailing yacht based in the Balearics under the Spanish flag. This is a hands-on dual role ideal for someone with experience both on deck and in the interior. The vessel is privately used by the owners for family cruising. Candidates must hold valid Spanish maritime certificates and be legally able to work under a Spanish contract.

Package: Salary in Euros, paid leave included
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 1 season’s experience on sailing yachts
• Line handling and assistance during docking
• Housekeeping and laundry duties
• Strong team player with a flexible and professional approach
• Ability to work independently in a small crew setting
Qualifications required (Spanish only):
• STCW (completo y actualizado – certificados españoles)
• Certificado médico marítimo español en vigor
• Certificado de Manipulación de Alimentos (validez vigente)
• Libreta Marítima Española (preferente)
