Job Title: Private Chef (Dubai-based with Travel)

Achieve Hospitality are assisting their returning UHNW client who is seeking an experienced and dynamic Private Travelling Chef to join their household, based in Dubai with regular international travel across Europe and the UK. The position requires a proactive and highly organised chef with a genuine passion for healthy, organic cuisine and sustainable practices.
The role is hands-on working alongside another chef, so is suited to someone energetic, dedicated and respectful of household protocols.
The ideal candidate will need to have residency in Dubai, but the initial start will be in Gibraltar, with accommodation provided. Due to the nature of travel across Europe and the UK, an EU or UK passport is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and prepare fresh, healthy meals in line with the Principal’s preferences and dietary requirements
- Provide meals for the Principal, occasional guests and staff, including regular lunches and dinners, and occasional breakfast service
- Support small-scale entertaining, including dinner parties and events (pre-planned)
- Source high-quality organic produce locally and while travelling
- Ensure the kitchen meets high standards of cleanliness, sustainability, and organisation (e.g. no plastics, no additives, ceramic cookware only)
- Collaborate and alternate duties with another household chef
- Travel with the Principal as required and adapt to different household settings internationally
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate at own expense
- Strong background in private households, with consistent employment history
- Deep understanding of organic, health-conscious cooking and ingredient sourcing
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and confident in building supplier relationships
- Professional, discreet, and able to follow structured routines and specific household expectations
- Full driving licence required
- UK or EU passport/working rights
