Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Leading & supervising a team of two (2nd & 3rd Stewardess)
Overseeing all aspects of interior operations: guests service, housekeeping & laundry
Planning & executing table settings, theme events and guest experiences
Managing all interior inventories, stock control, provisioning & budgets
Handling the vessel’s accounts and financial reporting (monthly credit cards)
Collaborating with other departments for seamless day-to-day operations
Ideal Candidate:
Female only (due to cabin arrangements)
Minimum of one -two years experience as Chief Stewardess on similar size vessels or larger
Strong leadership & communication skills
Proven service background, ideally with charter experience
Creative flair in table settings, event plannings and guest experience
Excellent accounting/financial management skills
Solid wine knowledge, WSET Certification or similar preferred
GUEST Purser Certification preferred
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Written solid verifiable references of past employment as Chief Stewardess
Mandatory Requirements:
STCW valid for at least nine months
ENG1 valid for at least six months
Food & Hygiene Level 2
Vaid B1/B2 visa for at least one year or US Passport/Green Card
