Summary

Position Summary:

100m+ Private Yacht is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and charismatic Concierge to enhance the onboard guest experience by scouting and vetting restaurants, excursions, and exclusive experiences ahead of the yacht’s arrival.

Concierge will travel ahead of the vessel to ensure all arrangements meet the high standards expected by our discerning guests and provide tailored recommendations that reflect the unique character of each destination.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Travel ahead of the yacht’s itinerary to explore, assess, and secure top-tier restaurants, beach clubs, bars, activities, and cultural experiences, for both adults and children.

·       Evaluate venues for ambiance, service quality, accessibility by tender/vehicle, and suitability for VIP clientele.

·       Build relationships with local vendors, restaurants, and experience providers to secure priority bookings and bespoke offerings.

·       Prepare detailed briefs and reports for the Guest Services team including menus, reservation logistics, transfer options, and potential concierge notes.

·       Coordinate with the Chef, Chief Stewardess and Owners P.A. to ensure dietary preferences and expectations are met when dining ashore.

·       Maintain a database of reviewed venues and experiences with feedback from guests and crew.

·       Offer on-the-ground assistance during large guest events, off-yacht excursions, or complex bookings, including personally meeting and greeting guests at all events to ensure a warm welcome and seamless experience.

·       Represent the yacht with professionalism and discretion in all external interactions.

Requirements:

·       Proven background in luxury hospitality, concierge services, travel curation, or similar roles.

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.

·       Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

·       Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to different locations and cultures.

·       A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently by land, air, and sea.

·       Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Spanish, French, or Italian) a plus.

·       Must be presentable, energetic, and personable, embodying the high-touch values of the guest experience.

Desirable Attributes:

·       Knowledge of yachting culture and guest expectations in luxury settings.

·       A passion for food, wine, local culture, and high-end travel.

·       Background in journalism, blogging, or content creation is a bonus (for creating guest previews and reports).

·       Existing network within the Caribbean and/or Mediterranean hospitality scene.

Terms:

·       Contract Type: Seasonal or temporary with potential for full-time/rotational role

·       Travel Expenses: Travel and expenses will be covered by the vessel while performing duties, including transportation to and from the Advancer’s home and

assigned destinations.

·       Compensation: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) + per diem

·       Start Date: As soon as available. Preferably within two weeks
