Summary

Position: Experienced Sous Chef

Location: World Cruising Itinerary

Start Date: Strictly 13th July

Visa: B1/B2 Visa in Hand Required

We are seeking an experienced, energetic Sous Chef to join a high-performing galley team of two on board a world-cruising private yacht.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bright, healthy, and nutritious meals for a crew of 20
  • Support the Head Chef in daily galley operations
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Contribute positively to the team dynamic with a can-do attitude

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in similar roles, ideally with yachting or luxury hospitality background
  • Passion for healthy, diverse, and appealing crew food
  • Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Positive, upbeat energy with a low-drama, team-focused mindset
