We are seeking an experienced, energetic Sous Chef to join a high-performing galley team of two on board a world-cruising private yacht.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare bright, healthy, and nutritious meals for a crew of 20
- Support the Head Chef in daily galley operations
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Contribute positively to the team dynamic with a can-do attitude
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in similar roles, ideally with yachting or luxury hospitality background
- Passion for healthy, diverse, and appealing crew food
- Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive, upbeat energy with a low-drama, team-focused mindset
