Join a close-knit, fun-loving family of five aboard a stunning 102’ Sunseeker, based in sunny Miami and cruising seasonally between the Bahamas and New England. This dual-season private/charter program is seeking a highly competent, female Chef to round out their professional 4-person crew.
This role requires a strong culinary background with at least 2 years of experience in the yachting industry. The ideal candidate will be confident cooking for charter guests, adaptable to dietary needs, and able to maintain a well-organized, spotless galley. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder—someone who’s proactive and willing to assist across all departments when not required in the galley.

- Valid Medical Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of yachting experience
- Experience provisioning and managing galley operations
- Ability to plan and execute guest-level meals for both private and charter use
- Confident with family-style and plated service
- Positive, collaborative, and easy to live and work with
ABOUT THE PROGRAM

- Use: Light Charter + Private Family Use
- Season: Dual (Bahamas in winter, New England in summer)
- Crew: 4 (Captain, First Mate, Stewardess, Chef) — with the potential for a 5th crew member
- Toys: Jet Ski, fishing gear, and various water sports equipment – the kids are active and love time on the water

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Female chef (due to shared cabin arrangements)
- Minimum 2 years of experience cooking aboard yachts 90’+
- Skilled in preparing fresh, diverse menus for both adults and children
- Able to handle dietary restrictions and guest preferences
- Works well in a small team and contributes to a positive, respectful onboard dynamic
- Energetic, creative, and adaptable
