Join a close-knit, fun-loving family of five aboard a beautiful 102’ Sunseeker, based in sunny Miami and cruising seasonally between the Bahamas and New England. This dual-season private/charter program is seeking a hands-on, team-oriented First Mate to join a professional 4-person crew.

REQUIREMENTS
- STCW
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Engineering experience
- Tender driving
- Strong deck experience on similar-size vessels
- USCG license preferred but not required

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experienced First Mate with time on yachts 90’+
- Comfortable assisting the Captain with bridge operations, navigation, and deck management
- Hands-on, proactive, and safety-conscious
- Positive, easygoing, and great with kids and guests
- Strong team player who contributes to a healthy crew dynamic
