Seasonal Sole chef required for 48mtr, private Motor Yacht cruising till end of October. The vessel runs with 11 crew and up to 12 guests. The owners preferences are light and healthy cuisine including French, Italian, Greek and Turkish. We are looking for a chef who brings with them a drama free attitude to work alongside the chief stew who has known the owner for many years and can provide a lot of advice and guidance on their preferences and habits. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 seasons of yachting and solid, easily contactable references. Accommodation will be a shared cabin with en-suite bathroom.
