Summary
Head Chef required for a temporary position for the month of July.
5 years yacht experience on vessels with 12 guests and some commercial shore based background and qualifications is a must.
There will be between 2 and 8 guests onboard during this time, plus 20 crew and you will be assisted by the crew chef.
Guests are open to creativity with Mediterranean fusion and Asian style cooking as a base. You are free to be as creative with the galley having new equipment and alternate opts, such as the Green Egg and Hibatchi available.
This is a relaxed environment, with the emphasis on team work between the service team and Galley, while maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
Salary as a guide depending on experience. Return flight and medical as per standard requirements included. Shared cabin with Chief Officer.
