A high net worth client of ours is seeking a long-term Private PA to be based in Doha. This is a great role, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Principal, and a wider trusted team. The PA will report directly to the principal and will play a central role in anticipating and responding to his day-to-day lifestyle and administrative needs. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse range of personal and logistical tasks with discretion and efficiency. Additionally, you will also have valuable experience of proving first class Private PA support to international HNWIs previously.
Responsibilities will include managing the principal’s personal calendar and appointments, running errands, and handling household bills and administrative duties. The role also involves organising events, handling personal shopping and gift-buying, creating detailed travel itineraries, arranging transport including chauffeurs and airport transfers, and overseeing home maintenance or renovation projects. The PA must be adaptable, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, though flexibility is required to work outside of these hours, including weekends, when necessary. The role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a respectful and professional private setting with long-term potential. Ideally candidates should already be based in Doha, however the family are happy to assist with a relocation package.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Manage the principal’s personal calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
· Organise and book all personal travel and accommodation, including private jets and yachts
· Run errands and oversee household bills and administrative tasks
· Handle personal shopping, gifting, and special occasion planning (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries etc.)
· Coordinate medical appointments and personal health-related bookings
· Arrange transportation including chauffeurs and airport transfers
· Oversee home maintenance, liaise with contractors, and manage any ongoing renovations
· Travel internationally with the principal as required
· Additional ad-hoc tasks when needed
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
· Experience working as a private PA, ideally for HNW individuals
· Based in Doha or open to relocating
· Proactive, highly organised, and capable of anticipating needs
· Great communicator and team player
· Tech-savvy with strong administrative and logistical capabilities
· Culturally aware and comfortable operating in international, multicultural environments
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent checkable reference
