Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head Chef with a refined repertoire in European cuisines, particularly French, Italian, and Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary excellence, experienced in leading large kitchen teams of 20 or more staff in a harmonious, team-oriented environment, and committed to upholding the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Proven expertise in French, Italian, Mediterranean cuisine — a well-documented culinary repertoire is essential.
- Strong management skills, with experience leading and training large kitchen brigades.
- Must hold comprehensive health & hygiene certifications.
- Demonstrated ability in cost control, food purchasing, inventory and waste management.
- Proficient in maintaining kitchen budgets while delivering exceptional culinary standards.
- Ability to create seasonal menus, recipe documentation, and manage kitchen SOPs.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CV, cuisine repertoire, recipes, and photos of previous dishes.
- Final decision will be made following a food tasting/trial, to be held in Europe.
