The candidate specification
We are currently seeking a confident and capable male Deckhand with a strong background in golf to join a prestigious private yacht. This is a unique dual-role opportunity that combines standard deckhand responsibilities with an emphasis on golf expertise.
The ideal candidate must be a very competent golfer - someone who not only plays to a high standard but is also fluent in golf terminology and etiquette. You should be comfortable playing with and engaging in conversation with the owner, so maturity, confidence, and the ability to carry yourself well. We're looking for someone with some life experience who can hold their own socially and professionally in a luxury environment.
Deck experience is preferred, but extensive experience is not required - seasonal experience is acceptable, and training will be provided.
