The candidate specification
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Stewardess to join a private yacht, with a start date ideally on the 2nd or 3rd of June (absolute latest: 5th or 6th). This is a rotational role offering 4:2 rotation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role, with a strong service background - preferably from fast-paced, high-end environments. We're looking for someone who is well-presented, polished, and professional, with a warm and approachable demeanour. A positive, no-drama attitude is essential, as is the ability to seamlessly integrate with the current team and step straight into a busy trip without hesitation.Candidates must hold a valid Schengen visa (if applicable) and either have a Food Hygiene Level 3 certificate or be willing to complete it before joining.
The crew culture is active, supportive, and multinational. Many of the team members are early risers and enjoy activities such as gym workouts, yoga, and pilates.
