Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Manager for a prestigious 100m+ private motor yacht operating primarily in the Mediterranean, with the possibility of occasional global cruising. The position is full-time, with a permanent contract and excellent rotational structure. The yacht maintains an outstanding reputation for professionalism and crew longevity, offering an exceptional work environment onboard.
This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive experience in high-end private yachting. The successful candidate will oversee a large multinational interior team and be responsible for managing all aspects of the interior operation, including service, housekeeping, and laundry. You will ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction while upholding the yacht’s refined standards and anticipating the owners’ needs with discretion and precision.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years in a similar role on yachts over 80 meters, with proven experience in leading large teams. You should have a strong background in luxury service and housekeeping, and be confident managing inventories, interior administration, provisioning, and budgets. Familiarity with interior management software is a plus.
The right candidate will be calm under pressure, highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. A polished, discreet, and hands-on approach is essential. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a bonus.
STCW, ENG1, and valid seafarer documents are required. Candidates holding a valid B1/B2 visa will be given strong preference due to potential international cruising plans.
