A 63-meter private / charter motor yacht, is on the lookout for a skilled Head Chef to join the crew. This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional with high-end charter experience and a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine in a dynamic environment.
Important Note: Due to onboard cabin arrangements, this role is open to male candidates only.
Candidate Requirements:
- Michelin-star experience is essential
- Solid background in charter yachting
- Experience managing a galley team on a yacht
- Strong team player with a drama-free, grounded attitude
- Innovative and passionate about food trends and plating techniques
- Confident in catering to various dietary requirements
- Excellent written and verbal references
- Non-smoker with no visible tattoos

- Ability to create varied, top-tier menus for guests
- Experienced in provisioning, managing inventory, and controlling costs
- Quality-focused with an understanding of budget limits and waste reduction
- Organized, professional, and highly motivated

Compensation Package:
A competitive salary will be offered and is negotiable based on experience
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Valid STCW certification (including PDSD)
- Ships Cook Certificate
- Seafarers Medical Certificate
- Current B1/B2 visa
