Must have solid Head Chef experience on 90m+. 5 year minimum as HEAD CHEF. Proven references, food portfolio & longevity. Looking for calm individuals, exceptional attention to detail, showcasing creativity within the galley department for guest/crew. Excellent charter experience with proven track record. This is a high pressure role, looking for someone that can multitask and keep control of galley & guest logistics seamlessly. Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage effectively and efficiently.
There is an Executive chef in place, but this role involves a collaborative operation. Having a team mindset is essential. A team of 7 chefs in total - 4 chefs on per rotation.
