Location: Bahamas/Caribbean (Florida for maintenance)
Confident and experienced Chief Stewardess required for a well-run 50m yacht with a strong private/charter program. The vessel operates predominantly in the Bahamas and U.S., with a busy and rewarding schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone calm, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You’ll join a professional, supportive crew and lead an interior team of three.
Requirements:
- Prior Chief Stew experience on similar-sized yachts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, service-focused, and composed under pressure
- Comfortable taking initiative and setting high standards
