Chief Stewardess – 40m Private/Charter | Rotational
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chief Stewardess to join a well-run 40m private/charter motor yacht on a 10:10 rotational schedule. This is a great opportunity to step into a rotational role on a yacht with a fun, active, and supportive crew culture.
The onboard environment is professional but relaxed, with a family-style team that enjoys making the most of time off—whether that’s staying active or heading out for crew dinners and drinks. Until August, the program will be cruising privately through Vancouver, BC, and Alaska, followed by several weeks of charter already booked for the Caribbean season. A shipyard period is scheduled for September in San Diego for the yacht’s five-year survey.
We’re ideally seeking someone who can join in late July for a proper handover and to join one final owner’s trip in Alaska with the current Chief Stew, who is transitioning out of the role after nearly three years onboard.
You’ll be leading an interior team of three and should have prior Chief Stew experience, including managing accounts, preparing for charter, and handling yard periods. A background in high-end hospitality is also key. The owners are genuinely lovely, and the boat offers excellent longevity for the right candidate.
