Bosun

Summary

We are looking for a newly qualified OOW 3000 Bosun who is looking to take a step up to 3^rd Officer.

Start date will be July 2025.

We have an 80+m Private/Charter vessel currently in the Med. There are confirmed charters booked for the middle of this season. They will then cross over for the winter season.

The role will still be very much on deck when the guests are onboard and will be bridge based for passages.

Qualifications/Experience

·        OOW 3000 CoC

·        Minimum of 4 years within the industry

·        Ideally have been in each role for at least a year

·        Proven leadership skills of large teams

·        Have worked on vessels over 75m

·        Schengen visa in hand

Package:

·        Salary: DOE in EUR

·        Leave: 3:1 (3 months on, 1 month off)

·        Performance bonuses

·        Yearly training allowance

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
