We are urgently looking for a Bosun for a 50m private MY.
The ideal candidate will preferably have prior experience in the same role on a yacht of similar size, or solid experience as a Lead Deckhand on larger vessels. We're looking for someone with bridge experience, who is confident in anchoring operations, line handling, and managing two Deckhands.
The yacht is based in the Med during winter season (probably in Italy), and we are looking for someone who is hands-on, polite, and a strong team player, with a genuine interest in committing long-term.
Mixed nationality crew.
Fluent English required. Preferably non-smoker and no visible tattoos.
