ASSISTANT VILLA MANAGER REQUIRED FOR A PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN DUBAI

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Villa Manager is responsible for supporting the Villa Manager in the day-to-day operations of a high-end private residence in Dubai. This role requires a well-rounded professional with a background in hospitality, a solid foundation in facility and technical maintenance oversight, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery. The ideal candidate has a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead by example.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Oversight & Technical Coordination
• Oversee the functionality of all technical systems in the villa, including HVAC, lighting, AV, smart home features, and security systems.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for routine maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Monitor and report on energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the villa is in pristine condition at all times.
Service Delivery & Hospitality
• Assist in providing personalized, high-standard service to the principal and guests.
• Support dining, events, and daily routines with a discreet and polished approach.
• Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare the residence for guest arrivals, events, and special occasions with attention to detail.
Team Supervision & Training
• Assist in managing a team of housekeeping and service staff.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide ongoing training in service etiquette, grooming standards, and operational protocols.
• Foster a positive, respectful team environment that aligns with the principal's values.
Administrative & Logistical Support
• Manage inventory of supplies, amenities, and equipment.
• Schedule and supervise external contractors and services.
• Maintain detailed logs for maintenance, guest preferences, and household manuals.
• Assist with budgeting, procurement, and monthly reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality and private residence management.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with modern villa infrastructure.
• Experience managing or supervising small service teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Professional presentation and discretion.
• UAE residency or eligibility to work in the UAE.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Property Management, or Engineering.
