We are seeking a mature, experienced, and hands-on Chief Stewardess to lead the interior department of a 60m private motor yacht. The ideal candidate is calm, composed, and leads with confidence and grace. This is not a clipboard or an office role — the Chief Stew will work alongside her team daily, setting the standard through direct involvement in service, housekeeping, and guest care.
Busy family-style yacht with high expectations for discretion, warmth, and professionalism. Maturity, emotional intelligence, adaptabilty and a naturally service-driven mindset are essential.
The ideal candidate will lead by example, actively working alongside the team to deliver impeccable service, maintain a pristine interior, and create a warm, welcoming environment for the owners and guests.
Runs with a crew of 14. 4 on the interior

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- STCW/ENG1
- Solid Experience on 50m – 60m Yachts is required
- Available within the next 2 weeks
- Non Smoker/Vaper
- Excellent references are needed
