This will be an all-encompassing role whereby the PA will operate at the highest level of personal service, discretion, and loyalty, and will serve as a trusted ambassador at all times. You will work when the principal works, travel when he travels and work tirelessly to anticipate every need, aligning with his values, resolving issues before they arise, and ensuring each day runs with precision.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

• Provide full-spectrum Private Personal Assistant support on a 24/7 basis

• Manage complex and ever-evolving global calendars and travel schedules

• Coordinate closely with Executive Assistants, aviation teams, and other key stakeholders

• Oversee wardrobe management across multiple international properties

• Packing and unpacking for the principal’s travel, ensuring all eventualities have been planned for, and the principal’s preferences have been considered

• Book and manage personal, wellness, and medical appointments

• Travel extensively, often ahead of the principal, to ensure all preparations meet exacting standards

• Research and curate bespoke itineraries, dining, and cultural experiences tailored to the principal’s preferences

• Act as liaison between the principal and household teams, ensuring seamless communication and high service standards

• Procure luxury goods, rare items, and bespoke gifts with discretion and finesse

• Oversee property and asset maintenance across global residences

• Serve as a trusted confidante, advisor, and problem-solver, always one step ahead



ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Private Personal Assistant to UHNWI/HNWI, royalty, or top-tier industry leaders

• A high mobility passport, which enables maximum visa-free entries and the ability to live and work in Canada

• Proven experience supporting dynamic, high-profile individuals in demanding environments

• Absolute discretion and total commitment to confidentiality

• A well-connected, international network of trusted suppliers and service providers

• Impeccable attention to detail and polished presentation at all times

• Native-level spoken and written English; additional knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus

• High emotional intelligence, tact, resilience, and exceptional judgment

• Proactive and intuitive, with the ability to anticipate needs without instruction

• Culturally sensitive and confident in elite environments, from private jets and yachts to diplomatic events

• Excellent, verifiable references in hand
