Sole Chef – Private 30m S/Y
A seasonal opportunity has opened for a Sole Chef aboard a 30m private sailing yacht cruising the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate is currently based in Europe and passionate about delivering fresh, healthy, and beautifully presented cuisine. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, working under the guidance of a supportive management company, with a crew that values teamwork and professionalism.
Start date: ASAP until 30th September
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Package: Salary paid in Euros, 38 days’ pay leave
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 1 season’s experience as Chef on a sailing or motor yacht
• Confident in Mediterranean-style cuisine and fresh provisioning
• Able to plan varied menus and cater to dietary needs
• Comfortable working solo in a small galley
• Positive attitude and adaptable to life onboard a sailing yacht
Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Food hygiene certification (valid)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
• Non-smoker, no visible tattoos
