Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Crew Chef/third chef to join our galley team of three, working alongside two female head chefs, two male sous chefs.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn and thrives in a collaborative fast paced environment. Someone who is a true team player with a positive, can do attitude, ready to step in and assist wherever needed but also confident enough to take sole responsibility for crew meals during trips. Off trip we work as a team to plan and prepare crew food. You should be comfortable cooking a variety of meals and dietary needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the galley.
