Rotational Chef – Private 50m MY (HD: )

Experience and attributes required:
· Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef on yachts, with high-end restaurant experience is favourable too.
· Proven ability to collaborate effectively with the Service team, with a positive and proactive approach.
· Proven ability to adhere to a budget and adapt menu plans. Must have patience and the ability to adapt as plans can often change.
· Demonstrated capability to calmly manage high-pressure situations while maintaining efficient time management and storekeeping skills.
· Self-motivated and happy working alone, sharing the cooking for 10 crew with some dietary requirements, alongside potential guest demands.
· Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook, with a good level of written English.
Qualifications required:
- Ship’s Cook Certificate
- Food and Hygiene Level 3
- STCW
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
- Seaman Discharge Book
