Summary

Temporary Chief Officer – Commercial Support Vessel 35m (HD: )

 

A Commercial Vessel must have a commercial certification

·         Start date: 1st of July – for around a month

Location: Europe

Package: Euros – Inclusive of Leave    


Experience and attributes required:

·        One year's experience on 30m+ commercial vessels

·        Solo watchkeeping, night watches, paper chart updates, following the PMS, proficiency in LSA and FFE. Planning and running drills. Assist the Captain with navigation, safety and deck operations.

·        Confident handling of mini-ISM, GMP and bridge procedures. 

·        Strong leadership and organisational skills. Professional can-do attitude. Strong sea legs as she is a small, lively vessel. Proven experience on small vessels. Cooking one evening meal every 5 days.

·        Great opportunity to be involved in all aspects of running a ship; therefore, this position is ideal for a person who is willing and enthusiastic to embrace the multi-skilled role. 


Qualifications required:

  • OOW Unlimited STCW II/1. 
  • STCW
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
  • Seaman Discharge Book
