Sous Chef - Private/Charter 90m M/Y
A fabulous opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to further pursue their career on a dual season busy private yacht.
Start Date: ASAP – by end of May latest
Package: Competitive salary paid in Euros – 60 days leave
Itinerary: Med/Caribbean
Experience and attributes required:
• Minimum of 1 seasons’ experience on yachts, with a high end restauration or Cruise Ship background
• Exceptional level of hygiene and safety
• Good provisioning, budgeting, organisational and planning skills to assist Head Chef
• Have the ability to adapt to last minute changes
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Qualifications required:
• Certified Culinary training (ideally)
• STCW (fully up-dated) incl PDSD
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with min 6 months validity
• Discharge Book
• B1B2 Visa – Preferred
