Summary

EXPERIENCE FEMALE Sous Chef

This is a fast pace working environment, which requires proper SOUS CHEF knowledge.

  • charter tips
  • training program in place
  • visa must be valid at least until October


  • a la carte restaurant style environment
  • helping head chef with guests food and a la carte service, overviewing hands on crew food operation
  • planning, recycling and operation overview is a must
  • knowledge in healthy crew menu planning and executing
  • in charge of deserts and cakes for guests
  • allergy knowledge
