Summary

Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Second Engineer for a 60m+ yacht

 

The ideal candidate will be strong in most engineering skills to help oversee daily engineering operations and address any technical issues that may arise.

 

Requirements

  • Y3 minimum
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Hands on and proactive
  • B1/B2 visa ideal

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Keep planned maintenance up to date.
  • Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of machinery.
  • Handle any technical issues or emergencies as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the crew to ensure smooth operation and adherence to protocols

 

 

Start date: End June

Location: USA (TBC)

Salary: EUR 6500

Leave: 2:2 rotation

 

Vessel Program and itinerary- Busy private vessel, cruising Alaska this summer with Winter cruising TBC.
