Seeking a Temp deckhand for a 70m+ private M/Y.
We are looking for a Temp Deckhand to join a professional and active crew aboard a 70m+ private motor yacht currently in the shipyard in New Zealand. This is a great opportunity for someone with a practical background or early yachting experience looking to gain hands-on time with a top-tier program.
You’ll be assisting the deck team in various maintenance and yard tasks—a trade or hands-on background is a big bonus.
A friendly, social, and motivated crew who enjoy staying active—weekends often involve surfing, running, and exploring.
Start Date: 13th June 2025, and the role will run for the duration of the shipyard period, approximately. 6months.
Compensation Package: 160 euros per day (flights included).
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds STCW & ENG1
- Has a trade/practical background or some yachting experience (open to green crew with the right attitude)
- Positive, hard-working, and a good team player
- Aged ideally between mid 20s to mid 30s
Regrettably, no South Africans due to visa issues.
