Summary
We are currently seeking a Deckhand/Engineer to join our dynamic and professional team for the upcoming Mediterranean season.
The job will be divided as Deckhand on ~90% and Engineer ~10%
The yacht will be in a shipyard in Netherlands for about 1-2 months, then will be used by the Owner in the East Med (Greece, Cyprus).

- 45m private motor yacht
- International, experienced crew onboard
- Owners and guests who value professionalism, discretion, and high service standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 seasons of experience in a similar dual-role
- Confident with general deck duties, maintenance, and tender handling
- Hands-on in the engine room – assisting the Chief Engineer with daily checks, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Strong work ethic and ability to switch between deck and engineering tasks seamlessly
- Relevant engineering qualifications (AEC1 or higher preferred)
Start Date: end of May 2025
Contract Type: Seasonal from end/MAY until mid/SEP
