Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sailor to join the crew of a privately owned sailing yacht with an exciting and active sailing program.

Requirements:

Proven longevity in previous roles

2–3 years of experience aboard sailing vessels

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

Servicing and maintaining deck equipment

Rigging maintenance

Painting and general repairs

Sail handling

Salary Package:

Salary D.O.E

40–50 days off per year

Supportive training package for continued professional development and certification








Languages

English / Fluent

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
  • RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
