Job description: We are seeking two skilled and professional Tender Drivers to join the crew of a prestigious 70m Motor Yacht for the Mediterranean season. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining the yacht’s tenders, ensuring seamless guest transfers, and supporting water-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and navigate the yacht’s tenders for guest transfers, water sports, and shore excursions.
- Ensure tenders are maintained, fueled, and in pristine condition at all times.
- Assist with guest safety briefings and provide exceptional service during tender operations.
- Support the deck team with general duties, including mooring, cleaning, and maintenance as required.
- Collaborate with the crew to ensure smooth operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all maritime safety regulations and yacht protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience operating tenders or small vessels, preferably on superyachts
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean waters and ports (preferred)
- Excellent navigation, seamanship, and boat-handling skills
- Professional demeanor with a guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid (with booster)
- Schengen visa (if applicable)
Contract: Seasonal
Package:
- 3900€ per month
- Accommodation onboard or ashore when applicable
