Summary
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Sous-Chef to join our 88m private motor yacht, currently located in France. This is a full-time role with immediate start.
Key Requirements:
• Solid restaurant, hotel, or cruise ship background (Michelin experience not required, but appreciated)
• Strong baking and pastry skills preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced galley
• Confident in guest service, assisting the Head Chef with meal execution
• Responsible for stock management, galley organization, and upholding hygiene standards
• Must be mature, reliable, and professional—this is not a training role
• Fluent in English
• Valid STCW, ENG1, and all relevant documents
• Available immediately in France
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong land-based experience looking to transition into or grow within the yachting industry, provided they bring the right skill set and mindset. Only serious professionals with proven experience will be considered.
