Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Temporary Head Chef to join a prestigious 88m private motor yacht for a short-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-run galley and lead a small, capable team during a busy period.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A modern, light cooking style with a focus on fresh, clean flavors
  • Culinary experience from Australia or New Zealand (essential)
  • Previous experience as Head Chef on yachts 60m+
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • A calm, positive attitude with the ability to integrate quickly into the team

Key Requirements:

  • Valid STCW & ENG1
  • Food & Hygiene Level 2 or higher
  • Ships cook and PDSD
  • Strong references from similar-sized vessels
  • Available to start no later than 27th May

Position Details:

  • Duration: Approx. 1 month
  • Location: Mediterranean
  • Private program with a focus on quality, seasonal produce and guest satisfaction with possible charters in between
